Being out of state, we needed a lot of help with selling a house that had one owner, who lived there for 60 years. She was instrumental in getting the house ready for showings. She is a great communicator and really puts a lot of care into what she does. She was very knowledgeable and supportive when it came time to close with a difficult closing company. She is very patient and kind and showed great respect and empathy when we were selling a house that was part of an estate. I can’t say enough great things about Janet.
